Memberships can only be filled out at the club between 10pm and 2am Friday and Saturday nights. We rarely make arrangements outside of these times. Memberships can't be applied for online. Memberships incur a small fee to process your form and make your card. This fee is non-refundable, so assure you fill out your application correctly the first time! You must have a valid ID, be at least 21, in dress code, and act accordingly to apply. You must also have a membership sponsor - a member of the club that can suggest you as a likely candidate. If you are approved your card will be ready within 14 days. You are NOT a member until you have this card in your hand. Memberships can't be issued when applied for. They are reviewed by a membership committee. You will recieve an email about your membership status, assuming we can read your email address. Failure to properly complete your application will result in denial. If you are denied, you may reapply...from scratch. Memberships can also be revoked at any time at Fallout's discretion. Members may bring 2 guests who act and dress appropriately. Act: We have other limited entry nights such as weekdays to meet other members for sponsorship. If you approach members for sponsorship or harass them in any way about your sponsorship, you will be denied, and may be asked to leave permanently. We are very strict on proper behavior at Fallout. Fallout is not an average nightclub that allows foolish behavior. You must behave appropriately and act appropriately towards everyone at all times. If you are squeamish, enjoy complaining, speak poorly of others, plan on being judgemental, enjoy drama, can't control yourself, plan on getting intoxicated, or cannot act like a responsible adult, please do not attend.
